CIARA has our own in house thermal chamber which allows for testing both during our design phase and as a part of our manufacturing process. Thermal efficiency is a key component in designing an energy efficient solution. With energy and rack space costs continuing to rise, designing solutions that function at higher thermal thresholds with less current draw is a key factor.

To do this CIARA has incorporated a number of cutting edge technologies to reduce the operating cost of our solutions striving to be as green as possible.
THD & Vibration
CIARA continues to invest in ways to improve on existing technologies. One ways is to produce a quieter solution both electronically and physically. Having a solution that reduces THD allows more flexibility in the use and location of a solution. One of the common ways to reduce THD is to reduce the amount of spinning items like fans and drives. To do this CIARA is working with cutting edge technologies like liquid cooling to reduce and sometimes eliminate the number of fans needed to cool a solution.
CIARA has capabilities to test the strength of a solution by a physical nature. Testing strength with a solution will provide some interesting data with regards to chassis design and how much torsional force a platform can handle prior to failure. Packaging also needs to be tested for strength and durability while in route to its final destination. Designing a shipping container whether for a single unit or a multipack pallet shipment, CIARA has these capabilities.
