CIARA assigns a Project Manager to guide our customer’s project through the certification process. First to determine what countries the product will be shipped into and then to determine what certifications will be needed. CIARA certification team maintains an updated list of country-specific certification requirements and this information are communicated to our client through their Project Manager.
He will be responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which are cost, time, and quality (also known as scope). CIARA project Certification Project Manager is your representative inside our organization and has to determine and implement your exact needs. His ability to form close links with you, is essential in ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality and above all, your satisfaction, can be realized.
Annual Inspections and Renewals
To maintain compliance certifications most agencies require annual or biannual inspection of the manufacturing facility. CIARA is very familiar with this and will continue to manage this service for our clients throughout their solutions lifecycle.
