CIARA’s Customer Portal (My Factory Extranet) provides our customers with visibility into their virtual operations department. Having the ability to see what is in FGI (Finished Goods Inventory), WIP (Work In Progress) or what you have for components is not an issue with your portal. This tool provides you with real-time access to your dedicated resources and inventory.
Order Placement Flexibility
Using the CIARA portal (extranet) allows our customers the flexibility to submit orders via multiple methods. Every company has a method that best suits their process and CIARA offers this flexibility to its clients. Whether it is via e-mail, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or simply an open PO that is called from, we will work with you to make this process simple. CIARA also offers flexible order entry and shipping hours when our clients need them. Whether it is end of month, quarter, year or simply an urgent shipment CIARA will get your shipment out.
Once an order is placed within our system, you will want to track it. Our portal will provide you not only with the tracking information or an automatic notification, but also with who signed for the shipment and when (if available). These details are very important when dealing with revenue recognition concerns.

The portal is a central location for all of your manufacturing documents. We will place all of your BOMs, build instructions, ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and all other important documents you may want to reference occasionally simply a click of the mouse away.
