CIARA Systems include highly efficient power supply that reduces the amount of power wasted. All of our Systems include high-efficiency power-supply with PMBus capability that when combined with CIARA Intelligent Power Manager provides policy-based power capping capabilities to enable increased rack densities and improved data center utilization. Lower power consumption reduces energy bills and lessens the environmental impact of greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. Our Energy Efficient systems include low-wattage processors, low-voltage memory modules (DIMMs) and high-efficiency fans that adjust spin rates according to server workload and help you manage power in your specific environment.

CIARA is fully committed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the RoHS Directive which restricts the use of certain hazardous materials in electrical and electronic products. CIARA's goal is to meet and exceed compliance obligations of the RoHS Directive on a global basis. By July 1st, 2006, RoHS substances was virtually eliminated (to levels below legal limits) for all newly marketed CIARA products subject to the RoHS Directive, except where it is widely recognized that there is no technically feasible alternative (unless otherwise exempted under the RoHS directives).
While CIARA works tirelessly to ensure that all our products, components, and subassemblies meet applicable RoHS standards and specifications, we also reserve the right to make changes or revisions without prior notice. With all onsite warranties, CIARA offers a 24/7/365 Help Desk support from the best technical engineers in the industry. All Help Desk Engineers are trained on each of our systems. Every service call is fully owned and managed by one of our level 2 or 3 Help Desk Engineers, from the time a call is opened until the service event is completed. Communication, escalations and detailed operating procedures are customized for customer to insure each service event goes successfully for the end customer.
